Initially I felt (Karen had taken me) out of my comfort zone by really questioning my very beliefs + values. I realized as the course progressed this had been important in enabling me to establish my core foundations and identifying my real values. I realize there is a lot to work on but taking one area at a time will gradually enable my life vision to clarify and become reality.
